Joe Donovan

Joe grew up in the northern Gulf Coast, an area that he knows and loves well. Joe is an avid outdoorsman, and during his college years his love of the water led him to work as professional deckhand and captain on private sports fishing yachts. This experience gave him extensive boat and yacht knowledge when dealing with Marine and Commercial insurance. In 2010 Joe began his insurance career at Farm Bureau Insurance. In 2012 he founded Donovan & Company Insurance Agency as a full service insurance agency. His belief is that life can be so complex, that whenever you can simplify, you should. That is why becoming in independent agent to provide a full range of products, companies and prices just seemed to best solution for his clients. Joe, his wife, and young son are active in their community and church.

Andreina Echazu

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela with Peruvian descendance, wife and mother of two awesome boys. I came to this country 23 years ago, looking for a better and
secure life. My life had been a remarkable journey, filled with challenges, hard work, and dedication to achieving my goals.
Part of my primary studies were done in my country, and I completed some vocational studies in ITC Miami and Northwest Florida State College. I began an
insurance career in 2019 with Joe Donovan, a completely new challenge for me. This Agency has been my school, everyday learning. Now I’m your Spanish/English
agent available to help you!!

Erin Cleveland

My name is Erin Cleveland. I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama. We have been coming to Grayton Beach since the 90s and decided to move here with out children in  2013. I love to go to the beach, boating, fishing, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.

I have been a small group leader for middle and high school girls on Wednesday nights for the last 10 years and I love watching them grow in their faith.

I began working in the insurance industry in 2022 when I came to work for Joe. I love helping people protect what is most valuable to them. It has been a wonderful new journey.
